What payment methods do you accept?

Eyelash Language accepts payments via PayPal (for samples only), XTransfer, Visa, MasterCard, and TT. All transactions are settled in US dollars.

What is the return and exchange policy?

For details, please refer to our return policy. We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction for all orders. We will conduct a video call with you before shipping to confirm everything. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we will refund the full amount for any unused, unopened items in your order (excluding shipping costs). Refunds must be requested within 3 days of receiving the goods. For custom-made products, refunds or exchanges are not possible once production begins, unless the final product does not match your specifications.

Why am I being charged customs duties?

Any orders outside of China (international orders) may incur import duties, tariffs, and other fees. These costs are collected by the customs authorities in your country upon delivery of the goods. The order recipient is responsible for paying all import fees and complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Eyelash Language does not collect tariffs or taxes, nor can it provide any information regarding them. Customs policies vary from country to country, so we recommend that you contact the local customs authorities for more details.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Delivery time depends on the shipping method and delivery address you choose. Domestic standard shipping takes approximately 5 to 10 business days, while international standard shipping takes 7 to 30 business days. For more details about shipping, please visit our Shipping Details page.

How long will it take to process my order?

After receiving the order confirmation email, your order typically takes 2 to 4 business days to process and ship (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that during promotional periods or special sales, processing time may extend to 5 to 7 business days due to increased order volumes. For more details, please refer to our processing timeline or consult with our sales staff.

Can I modify the order?

Once the order has been produced, no changes can be made. If you need to modify the order, please contact uyou.eyelashes.wade.zhang@gmail.com before production begins to submit your request for changes.

Can I cancel the order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please send an email as soon as possible to uyou.eyelashes.wade.zhang@gmail.com. We will do our best to arrange for a refund, but once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. We will consider your request for cancellation, but we cannot guarantee success.
